More than just a company, Leclair
Truck Bodies is, first and foremost, the history of a team
buoyed by the dream of one man: Marc Leclair. With more than
thirty years of experience in the production and repair of
vans, he has effectively developed his innovative nature.
Since it was first founded, Leclair Truck Bodies has brought
a breath of fresh air to the industry.
September 7, 2004: establishment
of the company and the hiring of its first employees
2007: expansion work at the
Bois-des-Filion plant
April 2008: delivery of the
1000th van
May 2011: expansion work adding
1,500 square feet to the building to accommodate new offices
at the Bois-des-Filion plant
April 2013: unveiling of two
new isothermal truck bodies at Expo-Cam: the Taïga and
Tundra
October 2013: construction
of a new 78,000-square foot plant in Terrebonne
November 2014: official opening
of the new plant
April 2017: launch of the
first Polair City isothermal trailer
