| WARRANTY
Our vans and trailers are guaranteed,
as follows, against any manufacturing defect for a period
of 5 years from the time you take possession:
• 5 years on all structural components: I-beam
subframe (steel or aluminium), aluminium panels,
aluminium rub rails, front frame, back frame, front corner
caps, roof, floor, loading ramp.
• 5 years on the electrical system (LED lights
with “Blue Seal” connectors).
• 5 years on swinging doors.
• 5 years against water infiltration.
• 5 years against the perforation of aluminium
components.
• 1 year on roll-up doors.

Other components:
all installed accessories provided by a sub-contractor are
guaranteed as specified by the latter (ex.: heater, mirrors,
lift, refrigeration unit, Linex floor covering, etc.)
The warranty does not cover:
• Repairs and damages resulting from accidents, negligence,
lack of maintenance and abuse
(see RECOMMENDED PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE).
• Recommended preventive maintenance.
Repairs must be carried out at
our plant in Terrebonne (31 Théodore-Viau Street) or
at one of our authorized service centres.

RECOMMENDED PREVENTIVE
MAINTENANCE
To fully benefit from the warranty,
we recommend the following maintenance (maintenance not included
in the warranty):
• Every three months: mechanical components of
doors must be lubricated using an industrial
lubricant (never use grease). Components
requiring maintenance: hinges, rollers, rails, locks
with exterior and interior mechanisms.
• Once a year: U-bolts must be checked and tightened
if necessary.
• Every 3 years: the subframe must receive a Tectyl
rustproofing treatment.
• For vans equipped with a lift: comply with periodic
maintenance recommended in the owner’s
guide provided by the lift’s manufacturer.

Important instructions for
use:
• Lack of maintenance could result in premature damage
and have an impact on the warranty’s application.
• Never drive with a van’s door(s) open. This could
damage the mechanical components.
• Never carry wet materials unless the van or trailer
is fitted with a floor recommended for
this type of transportation. Water will
damage wood floors.
